Content Manager allows user to selecting, organizing, controlling, updating, editing etc content of drupal website, content may be basic page or article. With the help of content manager we can add, delete, edit and update content information in drupal website.  That is, this section allows user to add new content in your website such as Articles, basic page etc.

To open the content manager in Drupal website, first of all login in Drupal Administrator Panel and go to ‘Content’ option.

Add New Content in Drupal Website:

To add new content, click on ‘Add content’ link and fill appropriate information in text fields.

After filling information just click on button ‘Save’.

Comment Section:

Content option is having an important part ‘Comment’ through which we can manage all comments or site. Here you can either publish it or Unpublish.  Let’s take a look on it.

To reset the default setting of comment, select appropriate information from ‘Update Options’ and click on button ‘Update’.  In the above box there is no any comment so you could not perform any task but in case of comment available you could perform appropriate task by selecting appropriate comment from comment list.

Here, you’ve two options to see the comment first one is Published Comment and second one is unpublished comment.

Edit Content information:

To edit the content information, first of all select appropriate content from the content list which you want to edit and then click on ‘edit’ button which is at end of row and update the information of selected content.

Now update your information of selected article or basic page and after that click on ‘Save’ button.

Now if your content will successfully updated then following message will be display.

Filter Section:

Filter options enables the functionality to search appropriate articles or basic pages by its some specific characteristics such as status and types.

Here, I’m searching that article whose status is ‘sticky’, when I have clicked on ‘Filter’ button then following window will be appear..
