The data is organized in so-called buckets, and AWS Console is the default S3 bucket browser provided by Amazon. It allows you to connect to Amazon, upload files to S3, manage their properties and perform other operations.

There is also a number of tools that work as Amazon S3 file manager, most popular among them being Commander One, CloudMounter, Transmit, Dragon Disk and S3 Browser.
