Can robots replace humans completely in the workplaces? Why?

The days when we require care and support to enter data and plan meetings or travel guides to indicate the best routes and tourist destinations are completely forgotten. An application of research and technology termed artificial intelligence has enhanced the establishment and exercise of technology's dominance.

Robots that can outshine human capabilities have developed via further research in the areas of AI and robotics, working more productively than humans. Robots are considered to be more consistent because they, unlike people, don't become stressed out after working for a while.

They are more trustworthy for work due to their extreme precision and 24/7 dependability. Robotics and applications using artificial intelligence have aided the growth and advancement of numerous industries. But each coin has two different sides.

The risks related to artificial intelligence are as great as their potential rewards, according to a statement from Dave Waters. Drivers, packers, deliverers, and pilots are some of the professions that robots are gradually replacing, rendering individual employees unemployed in the process.

As recession strikes, people grow frustrated and focus their energy in the wrong places, such as crime, theft, etc., which further intensifies to become a significant social issue. Although it is true that humans are being replaced by machines sometimes in occupations, all is not lost. Studies reveal that while over a million jobs were lost due to automation and robots, other occupations have also been created, such as those for IT consultants, robotic technicians, AI programmers, digital investigators, robot manufacturers, and robot maintainers.

Additionally, robots lack human characteristics including creativity, empathy, communication, tactical awareness, common sense, and decision-making. It is impossible to automate jobs like those of counselors, therapists, arbitrators, lawyers, teachers, managers of human resources and many more that involve a combination of these talents.

Therefore, the creators of robots have an unrealistic worry that they will become their superiors in the future. The globe would be able to live in social harmony and pave the route for continuous expansion and synchronous satisfaction among humanity whenever a delicate balance amongst humans and robots were established in the workplace.
