BJP Chankaya Amit Shah is all set for the upcoming election in West Bengal. After three decades of left rule in Bengal and completion of 10 year tenure of Mamata Banerji The BJP believes in presence of so many factors there are “very good chance” of saffron flag hoist in Bengal. Muslims accounted for 27% of population of Easter State and decision of AIMIM contesting in Bengal election can confuse Muslim voters between TMC, left and AIMIM. We have seen how Asaduddin Owaisi proved a vote cutter party in Bihar Elections. The BJP is most likely to cash this opportunity by playing Hindu Card for polarizing Hindu votes. With a Strong center and fast growing work force in state can help The BJP to implement its strategy and connect people on ground level. Amit Shah Starts working to connect Hindu voters by visiting birth place of Swami Vivekananda in North Kolkata. He also visited Dakshineshwar Temple. The Home Minister said, “West Bengal is the land of Chaitanya Mahaprabhu, Thakur Ramakrishna Pramahans, Vivekananda. Appeasement politics has hurt the state’s tradition. I urge people to fulfill their responsibilities to restore the pride of the state which was the center of spiritual and religious awakening. Amit Shah’s visit to Moaist-Infested Adivasi dominant Bankura, and tributing Birsa Munda is part of strategy to woo the Tribal community in the State. Amit Shah also had lunch with a tribal and a Dalit family, in two day visit. Dalit and Tribes constitutes 34% of 70% Hindu population in the State and is major vote bank. The increase in vote percentage by 13% of SC-ST-OBC in Lok Sabha elections 2016 in state The BJP is confident that the percentage will increase in upcoming election and play a crucial role. The BJP won 18 seats in Lok Sabha election in 2019 just 4 seat less than TMC’s 22. The BJP secured 57% Hindu votes then, and hoping the percentage would increase in upcoming election.

On the other hand defection becomes a big problem for TMC. From last few year party’s heavyweight leaders like Mukul Roy who was considered in number 2 position in party defected to BJP. It was a major blow. In a huge rally in Medinipur TMC’s prominent leader Suvendu Adhikari and MP Sunil Mondal join the BJP along with 50 Trinmul, Congress and left leaders. Attacking on TMC Union Home Minister said that he never seen such a huge crowd and it shows anger of Bengal’s public against Mamata didi.”People want change in Bengal to end political violence, extortion and Bangladeshi infiltration” Political violence is at its peak in Bengal and over 300 BJP worker have been killed and there has been no progress in investigation of deaths, he added. Amit Shah claimed that his party will win 200 seats in upcoming elections. He urged people to “give one chance” and they would transform Bengal into ‘Sonar Bangla’ in five years. 2.3 million farmers online submitted to take benefits of PM-Kisaan Samman Nidhi but Mamata Banerji is not sending list of the farmers to the Center. He lambasted TMC for lower industrial growth and fallen Pharmaceutical industry in the State too.
