The green juice as its name suggests is a juice made from green fruits and vegetables. Thanks to the high concentration of vitamins and minerals present in the green juice, it can be abused and taken all year long. Sometimes you may be tempted to keep the green juice for not having to prepare it every day.

1. Do not keep

But as sometimes we have less time to prepare it or want to bring it to work; we are always looking for solutions to keep it to the maximum.

2. To preserve a green juice, add lemon

The simplest way to preserve a green juice is to add a little lemon juice to its preparation. Lemon proves to be a perfect antioxidant; it helps to keep the green juice for a few days in the fridge. 7. Use a pasteurizer
