As per Bloomberg, the e-commerce giant [Amazon](https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Amazon_(company)) formerly positioned a rule for 1,000 dominant driving [strategies](https://yourviews.mindstick.com/audio/1151/effective-preparation-strategies-for-jee-exams-a-comprehensive-guide-for-students) from Plus, a California-located firm functioning on driverless trucking technology. Amazon is also evaluating purchasing a 20% stake in Plus — a move that could have important suggestions for how the corporation shifts its products all around the earth.

Amazon is speculating approximately buying as much as 20% off Plus, which recently declared proposals to go public via a reversal merger with a special purpose [acquisition](https://www.mindstick.com/news/2246/following-elon-musk-s-acquisition-gm-suspends-its-twitter-advertising) company, or SPAC. The corporation intends to incorporate Hennessy Capital V, a SPAC that also funded the social debut of EV startup (and the current mark of a Securities & Exchange [Commission](https://answers.mindstick.com/qa/62212/who-has-been-elected-as-the-first-female-president-of-the-european-commission) [investigation](https://www.mindstick.com/news/2149/twitter-claims-in-court-that-elon-musk-is-the-subject-of-government-investigations)) Canoo.

Plus is anticipated to collect almost $500 million from this deal, comprising [$150 million](https://www.mindstick.com/news/504/amazon-to-enhance-the-payment-of-its-500-000-employees) from an entirely devoted widespread stock PIPE (private [investment](https://www.mindstick.com/articles/13065/an-investment-in-certification-software-gives-peace) in public equity) offering. The agreement values Plus at roughly $3.3 billion.

The previous year, Amazon obtained Zoox, a startup that is creating its [autonomous vehicle](https://answers.mindstick.com/qa/114490/what-are-the-latest-developments-in-autonomous-vehicle-technologies) for commercial ride-share assistance.
