# Tye, A Tool for Developing Microservices in Visual Studio Code, has been Previewed by Microsoft

Microsoft is sneak peeking the latest [Visual Studio](https://www.mindstick.com/articles/12378/visual-studio-for-mac-is-out-of-beta-preview-now-officially-available) Code addition for operating with the welcoming-source, experimental Tye scheme that's used for [microservice](https://www.mindstick.com/blog/302264/ways-to-deploy-microservices) and classified application advancement.

Parked below the .NET Platform repo on GitHub, Tye is a .NET Foundation project intended to facilitate the improvement, testing [as well as](https://www.mindstick.com/interview/2481/can-you-write-a-java-class-that-could-be-used-both-as-an-applet-as-well-as-an-application) deployment of [microservices](https://www.mindstick.com/articles/337598/define-the-importance-of-microservices-in-modern-software-architecture) & classified statements.
