'PSLV-C51, which is the 53rd charge of PSLV, will originate and launch Amazonia-1 of Brazil while initial satellite &18 Co-passenger satellites from Satish Dhawan [Space](https://www.mindstick.com/news/524/nasa-has-asked-spacex-to-halt-work-on-the-lunar-lander-due-to-contract-issues) Centre (SDSC) SHAR, Sriharikota. The launch was provisionally registered at 10:24 Hrs IST on February 28, 2021, governed by climate stipulations,' the [space agency](https://answers.mindstick.com/qa/32252/cryogenic-engine-for-upper-stage-of-gslv-mk-iii-was-successfully-tested-by-which-space-agency) responded.

ISRO also authenticated that the launch performance of PSLV-C51 was performed in February.

PSLV-C51/Amazonia-1 is the prime dedicated marketing mission of NewSpace India Limited (NSIL), a Government of Indian organization beneath the Department of Space. The NSIL is offering this mission under a commercial settlement with Spaceflight Inc. USA.

Amazonia-1 is the visual earth research satellite of the National Institute for Space Research (INPE). This satellite would moreover extend the present structure by implementing [remote sensing](https://answers.mindstick.com/qa/94058/what-is-a-remote-sensing-satellite) data to users for controlling deforestation in the Amazon section and a summary of diversified agriculture beyond the Brazilian region.
