# Canon's EOS R3 Pro Mirrorless Camera In Progress

Nikon has declared the [development](https://www.mindstick.com/articles/65309/importance-of-ux-design-in-the-development-of-mobile-apps) of its high-end [mirrorless camera](https://answers.mindstick.com/qa/111550/what-s-the-difference-between-a-dslr-and-a-mirrorless-camera) in progress, and now [Canon](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Canon_Inc.) has returned with the report of the EOS R3, which has to fit in a comparable bracket. The R3 is still in [construction](https://www.mindstick.com/articles/167589/the-reasons-why-we-love-construction-jobs-salary) and the specifications are thin, but it’ll be placed above the EOS R5, which is currently Canon’s flagship mirrorless camera.

Like [Nikon’s](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nikon) forthcoming Z9, the EOS R3 seems to be a heavy camera with a built-in upright handle for shooting in portrait and landscape adjustments. The whole design and control layout is broadly comparable to the EOS-1D X Mark III, Canon’s highest-end pro DSLR, and the body emphasizes dust and water protection.

Canon says the EOS R3 will be the first camera to practice a different 35mm full-frame accumulated CMOS sensor with backside illumination, and its picture processor and the automatic shutter will provide for 30fps shooting with Auto-Focus and After-Effect tracking. Canon is promoting the EOS R3’s autofocus abilities, too. It’s the primary [digital camera](https://answers.mindstick.com/qa/101798/why-is-my-digital-camera-not-taking-clear-photos) from the company with eye-control Auto-Focus, and a deep-learning algorithm has continued used to enhance the [identification](https://www.mindstick.com/articles/12871/technology-every-educational-institute-retail-store-needs-radio-frequency-identification) of human subjects from the torso up, which is supposed to promote its appearance in challenging circumstances like sports photography.

That’s regarding it for accessories from Canon; the company hasn’t provided any specific specifications, let simply a price or a [release date](https://answers.mindstick.com/qa/115984/culpa-nuestra-ott-release-date-our-fault-release-time-in-india). But concurrently with Nikon’s Z9 and [Sony’s](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sony) new A1, the pro mirrorless camera battles are burning up — and the EOS R3’s name intimates Canon may have something even higher-end in the sequence.
