The study covered over 2000 participants explored that Indian users are preferring multiple platforms based on their unique feature-sets and [communication](https://www.mindstick.com/articles/126321/5-fails-and-fixes-of-the-office-communication) apps such as **Telegram** and **Signal** as gaining ground. Whereas, WhatsApp is left with 54 per cent of its users for over three years while its rival Telegram has added most of its users in the same three years.
