The company expects to incur a cost of $59 million as a result of the job cuts, including $40 million in severance and termination expenses. Juniper expects the layoffs to be "substantially" completed by the end of March 2024, but some cuts may be delayed in certain countries due to local laws and consultation requirements. The job cuts are part of a broader restructuring plan that Juniper announced earlier this year.
