# On October 5, Samsung will release the Galaxy Tab A9 in India.

The Samsung Galaxy Tab A9, an [upcoming](https://www.mindstick.com/articles/43853/making-the-most-of-the-upcoming-earnings) Android tablet, has been spotted on Google Play [Console](https://www.mindstick.com/blog/210/the-console-class) with key specifications including an octa-core MediaTek Hello G99 chipset, 4GB RAM, an LCD display with 1340x800 pixel [resolution](https://www.mindstick.com/articles/12502/looking-for-an-mba-degree-we-guide-you-with-the-perfect-resolution), and 4G connectivity. The tablet is rumored to run on Android 13 and comes with 4G connectivity. No other information about the tablet is available at this time. Samsung has also launched a new color [variant](https://www.mindstick.com/interview/52/what-is-variant-datatype-in-vb-script) of its Galaxy A54 smartphone, the Awesome White, in India, available in Lime, Graphite, and Violet colors. The Galaxy A54 is priced at Rs 40,999, with a flat discount of Rs 4,000 for potential buyers. The Galaxy A54 is now available for purchase at Rs 36,999.
