# Here's all YouTube's new video editing app has to offer.

YouTube has launched YouTube Create, a new app that enables [content creators](https://www.mindstick.com/blog/306149/best-ai-tools-for-content-creators) to edit videos from their phones. The app aims to assist creators in creating videos for Shorts and [processing](https://www.mindstick.com/blog/254/background-processing-in-android) them using [AI tools](https://www.mindstick.com/services/ai-tools-integration). This is similar to TikTok's CutCut app, which was launched earlier. Google is following the trend with the new Create app for YouTube Shorts.

## What YouTube Create offers

YouTube has [integrated](https://www.mindstick.com/forum/33532/handler-pagehandlerfactory-integrated-has-a-bad-module-managedpipelinehandler-in-its-module-list) royalty-free music and beat-sync features into its YouTube Create app, providing users with all the necessary tools to create easily created videos.

Google has confirmed that the Create app will be free to download and is currently in beta on Android devices in select countries like the US, UK, Germany, France, [Indonesia](https://answers.mindstick.com/qa/62155/name-the-indian-badminton-player-who-won-women-s-singles-in-daihatsu-indonesia-masters-2019), India, Korea, and [Singapore](https://answers.mindstick.com/qa/99097/which-is-singapore-s-oldest-hindu-temple), with an expected iOS version next year.
