In order to do this, Microsoft is introducing an enhanced hover [experience](https://www.mindstick.com/articles/12276/how-timely-order-deliveries-can-improve-customer-experience), which will display additional links from the same publisher when you hover over a link from that publication. \ In order to increase [user engagement](https://www.mindstick.com/blog/304792/10-trending-ways-to-enhance-user-engagement) with the material, Microsoft will also provide licenced content for Microsoft Start partners next to the chat response.
