Later this week, the subscription bundle for [Facebook and Instagram](https://yourviews.mindstick.com/view/85815/running-effective-ads-on-platforms-like-facebook-and-instagram) will be made accessible. Nowadays, it's tougher to stand out on Facebook or Instagram, even among a user's own followers. Instead of just showing users content from people they follow, the company has started pointing users in the direction of other information that they might find interesting.

\

According to the company, greater exposure will lead to prominence in other platform functions including search, comments, and recommendations.

\

Unlike Twitter, which does so through the subscription, Meta will need users to validate their identity with a government ID in order to obtain a verification badge. Meta will start testing the subscription service in Australia and New Zealand later this week.\
