The newly updated Uber app has been made straightforward, and it can now be personalized to the unique preferences of each passenger. The new version of the Uber app makes it much simpler to book trips, beginning with the revamped [home screen](https://www.mindstick.com/news/2420/with-material-you-themed-home-screen-widgets-shazam-for-android-has-been-updated). This new version also considers the locations and services most popular among individual riders. **An [alternative](https://www.mindstick.com/forum/2324/what-is-the-alternative-to-the-mvc) home screen** The [user interface](https://www.mindstick.com/interview/22909/user-interface-objects-in-cocoa) of the home screen has been streamlined to make trip booking easier for riders, requiring fewer clicks right from the beginning of the booking process. The new app also includes a tab labeled "Services," a one-stop shop for locating all of the product offerings accessible to riders in the rider's city.
