# On its web version, YouTube has had the "Add to Queue" feature available for some time.

- The three-dot overflow menu will have an Add To Queue feature at the top.

On its Android and iOS apps, YouTube has started testing a 'Add to Queue' feature. Only YouTube Premium subscribers have access to the function for now because it is still being tested. For intended playback, the **YouTube** [mobile apps](https://www.mindstick.com/articles/13068/mobile-apps-and-its-growing-importance-for-today-s-businesses) for iOS and Android have only ever been known to include 'Save To Watch Later' and 'Save To Playlist' [capabilities](https://www.mindstick.com/interview/490/explain-the-concepts-and-capabilities-of-assembly-in-dot-net).

These save the video to the user's library, and removing a song from the list requires manual removal. **Notably, YouTube's Add To Queue has long been accessible via the [web version](https://answers.mindstick.com/qa/49733/what-is-web-version-web-1-0-2-0-and-3-0).** According to a report by 9to5Google, only YouTube Premium accounts are eligible to test the Add to Queue feature on the Android and iOS apps. The [menu item](https://www.mindstick.com/forum/339/highlighting-the-menu-item) will be located above the video meta and thumbnail in the three-dot overflow menu.

**When a user adds a video to the queue, YouTube will show the videos that are next in line to play in a panel at the bottom of the page**. [Drag and drop](https://www.mindstick.com/forum/454/how-to-drag-and-drop-multiple-image-from-one-canvas-to-onther-canvas-in-html5) motions on the panel may be used to rearrange the queue, and a swipe left will remove a video from the playlist.

When using the YouTube app on their Android or iOS device, users who are **YouTube** Premium subscribers and would like to try out the new feature can do so by navigating to the Try New Features area from the profile menu.\
At a time when [social media](https://www.mindstick.com/articles/13056/how-to-leverage-social-media-to-attract-lots-of-blog-traffic) companies are coming under growing scrutiny for their inability to curtail abuse and [harassment](https://answers.mindstick.com/qa/31462/what-is-street-harassment), the Alphabet-owned video-sharing site [recently added](https://answers.mindstick.com/qa/97987/how-many-wetlands-in-india-were-recently-added-to-the-ramsar-site-list) stronger spam and abuse detection capabilities to its platform.
