Early on Thursday, SpaceX put a telecom satellite into orbit and made a rocket landing on a ship at sea (Nov. 3). At 1:22 a.m. EDT on Thursday, a **Falcon 9 rocket carrying Eutelsat's Hotbird 13G [satellite launched](https://answers.mindstick.com/qa/114808/what-was-the-name-of-india-s-first-satellite-launched-by-isro-in-1975) from Florida's Cape Canaveral Space Force Station** (0522 GMT). Less than nine minutes later, the first stage of the Falcon 9 made its way back to Earth.
