# Reels support is one of the new features added to Facebook Groups.

In order to encourage deeper [user engagement](https://www.mindstick.com/blog/304792/10-trending-ways-to-enhance-user-engagement) and make managing Groups easier for admins, Facebook has announced a number of new [improvements](https://www.mindstick.com/blog/306937/claude-4-explained-features-improvements-and-use-cases) for the Groups function. **Admins will soon be able to sort through reported content in Groups, which is one of these clear attempts to combat fake [news](https://www.mindstick.com/developersection/news).** Reels' inclusion in Groups is arguably the most major and obvious change in this feature dump.

Now that videos can be shared, community members can interact and engage with one other more deeply. **Facebook** writes in a [blog](https://www.mindstick.com/developersection/blog) post that '**imagine people in a makeup-obsessed community sharing their latest methods and beauty finds with fellow members.'**

The next piece of technology lets you upload a public Facebook event for your community to [your Instagram](https://yourviews.mindstick.com/view/83872/how-to-create-your-instagram-content-plan) story, allowing you to [showcase your](https://www.mindstick.com/articles/44172/showcase-your-business-with-monument-signs) community to a wider audience.

By adding more information to their Group page, Facebook users may now 'create community [relationships](https://www.mindstick.com/blog/11850/how-to-build-stronger-relationships-with-your-employees) and interact with other members.' **A new optional indicator will let others know if you're available to messaging, while an About Me area will enable you emphasise information you want to share with your community.**

In order to distribute messages to all of their members in one direction without having to deal with the inconvenience of moderation, **Facebook** is experimenting with letting group administrators and moderators create view-only chats.

Additionally, new tools that will promote [community engagement](https://answers.mindstick.com/qa/105877/what-are-the-advantages-of-using-twitter-chats-for-community-engagement) are available; administrators can now recognise the top contributors. **The technology that will automatically move postings tagged as incorrect or misleading to pending posts so that moderators can evaluate or delete them, however, may be the most crucial one.**
