The 13th Gen Intel Core family would involve six new unsecured desktop processors with up to **24 cores** and **32 threads** and clock hurries up to **5.8 GHz** in order to get the best gaming, streaming and recording [experience](https://www.mindstick.com/articles/12276/how-timely-order-deliveries-can-improve-customer-experience).

As it has been led by the launch of the Intel Core “**K**” processors, the 13th Gen Intel Core desktop family would consist of **22 processors** with **125 partner system** styles. Well, it was manufactured on **Intel's 7 process** and its x86 performance hybrid [architecture](https://www.mindstick.com/articles/249193/top-5-reasons-to-pursue-architecture). The enthusiasts would take an advantage of 13th Gen Intel Core processors’ [performance enhancements](https://www.mindstick.com/forum/160441/what-are-the-performance-enhancements-introduced-in-dot-net-core-6) with existing **Intel 600** or new **Intel 700 series** chipset motherboards. Even after combining both the newest **DDR5 memory support** and continued **DDR4 memory support**, users would be able to take the [advantages](https://www.mindstick.com/articles/12841/5-advantages-of-customer-portal-you-didn-t-know-about) of 13th Gen Intel Core at the time of customizing their setup which was based on their own feature and budget preferences.

With this generation, Intel’s performance hybrid architecture had claimed to assemble the quickest **Performance-cores (P-core)** ever manufactured all together with up to double the number of **Efficient-cores (E-core)** which would eventually deliver improved single-threaded and multi-threaded performance. Well, it has been available with up to 24 cores and 32 threads, Intel had claimed that the new Core i9-13900K provides an amazing experience in gaming, streaming and recording. With up to **5.8 GHz** and **15%** better single-thread performance, which would give high frame rates. The 13th Gen Intel Core desktop processor lineup adds more **E-cores** and up to **41%** higher multi-threaded performance.

[Intel](https://www.mindstick.com/news/1830/italy-is-ready-clinch-with-intel-a-deal-of-5-billion-for-chip-factory) has been launching the new **Intel 700 Series** chipset with advanced options for increased [reliability](https://www.mindstick.com/blog/304673/how-to-enhance-the-reliability-of-data-analytics) and performance. Eight additional **PCIe Gen 4.0** lanes got combined with **PCIe Gen 3.0** offers 28 total lanes off the chipset. At the same time, increased **USB 3.2 Gen 2x2 (20Gbps)** ports offer improved **USB** connectivity speed, and **DMI Gen 4.0** would increase the **chipset-to-CPU** throughput for quick access to peripheral devices and networking. On top of this, Intel has been introducing forward and [backward compatibility](https://answers.mindstick.com/qa/111894/what-are-the-best-practices-for-versioning-apis-and-managing-backward-compatibility). Therefore, this suggests that users would be able to take advantage of 13th Gen Intel Core processor performance enhancements with existing **Intel 600** chipset-based motherboards.
