After it has been confirmed about an [upcoming](https://www.mindstick.com/articles/43853/making-the-most-of-the-upcoming-earnings) **13th Gen CPU** it would run at **6GHz** at stock. The specs revealed that the highest of the line **i9 13900K** would have **24 cores** and **32 threads**, with the performance cores running at a most frequency of **5.4GHz**. The **i7 13700K** would ship with **16 cores** and **24 threads**, with up to **5.3GHz** on the performance cores. Finally, the **i5 13600K** comes with **14 cores** and **20 threads**, and a most frequency of **5.1GHz** on the performance cores. Well, both the **13th Gen Core i9** and **Core i7 processors** would be able to utilize the two performance cores in order to boost up to **5.8GHz** with the use of Intel’s **Thermal Velocity Boost**.
