The collective action was basically the results of the efforts of rights champion **Alex Neill**. Well, all these users would be potentially entitled to compensation. The calculable damage per individual member of the class was between **67 pounds** and **562 pounds** by excluding the interest. The claimants have been arguing that the gaming giant has been charged a **30 percent** commission on each and every digital game or in-game purchase which was made through the **PlayStation Store**. According Ms. Neil, '**the game was definitely up for Sony PlayStation.
