In a letter filed under the seal on **Tuesday**, Musk's lawyers had asked the judge who has been overseeing the case to compel Twitter in order to hand over the list of employees name so that the defense team would be able to question them. On **Saturday**, Musk has mentioned his planned $44 billion takeover of Twitter should be moving forward if the company would confirm some details about how it would measure whether the [user accounts](https://answers.mindstick.com/qa/50039/transfer-files-between-user-accounts-on-the-same-machine) are ‘**spam bots**' or real individuals. The billionaire and Tesla CEO had been trying to back out of his **April** agreement to buy the social media company, leading Twitter to sue him last month to complete the acquisition. Therefore, Musk had countersued by accusing Twitter for misleading his team regarding the actual size of its user base and different issues that he mentioned amounted to fraud and breach of contract.
