META's lawsuit has alleged that Facebook unlawfully taken over its mark and name. Such kind of behavior is willfully violating its trademark rights and fascinating in egregious acts of unfair competition. As per the company, '**On October 28, 2021, Facebook has eventually taken over our META mark and name for which we had given our blood, sweat, and tears for its building from over twelve years**.' However, the complaint alleged that Facebook is currently doing the same thing that Meta has done for over a decade.
