**[Elon musk](https://www.mindstick.com/news/1559/suit-filed-against-elon-musk-by-twitter-shareholder-over-delay-in-disclosing-stake) will address [Twitter](https://www.mindstick.com/news/1624/elon-musk-may-not-own-the-twitter-in-44-billion-which-he-agreed-before-says-investors) Inc employees this week for the very first time** at a company-broad meeting since introducing his $44 Million bid in April, an informant said on Monday, quoting an email from Twitter Chief [Executive](https://answers.mindstick.com/qa/62171/who-among-the-following-has-been-appointed-as-the-executive-director-of-rbi) [Parag Agrawal](https://yourviews.mindstick.com/view/84099/elon-musk-fired-twitter-execs-including-ceo-parag-agrawal-and-many-more) to staff.

The news, first delineated by **[Business](https://www.mindstick.com/articles/12213/how-to-start-a-jewellery-making-business-online-business-ideas) Insider**, comes after Twitter said last week that it prophesied a [shareholder](https://www.mindstick.com/news/1547/blackberry-trying-to-settle-shareholder-lawsuit-over-blackberry-10-to-avoid-trial) vote on the sale by early august.

A Twitter representative confirmed that Musk would attend the company all-hands meeting this week.

Earlier in April, Agarwal was seen pacifying the [employee](https://www.mindstick.com/articles/85431/remote-employee-training-tips-tricks) indignation during a company-broad meeting where staff stipulated answers to how managers scheduled to handle a prophesied mass exodus prompted by Musk.

**Last week, Musk apprised Twitter that he might walk away from his deal to procure the company if it failed to produce the data on spam and fake [accounts](https://answers.mindstick.com/qa/33250/what-are-accounts-in-salesforce) that he look for.**
