In current circumstances, complaints have risen against the cab aggregators for using unfair practices on these platforms. While speaking on the sidelines of an event organised by the ministry, Rohit Singh said “We have sought information from cab aggregators how they handle cancellation charges and surge pricing and how they calculate the fare,” Singh said in a meeting.
