# Ericsson is Suspending All of its Russian Operations Over the War in Ukraine

**Ericsson** suspends all Russian [Operations](https://www.mindstick.com/blog/304985/how-does-devops-bridge-the-gap-between-development-and-operations-teams-like-git) Indefinitely over War in Ukraine. The telecom giant company has restricted all of its unit who was working Russia says to stop them due to the **[Russian Cruelty over Ukraine](https://yourviews.mindstick.com/view/83158/russia-s-full-scale-invasion-of-ukraine-shocked-the-world)**.

Swedish-based network [equipment](https://www.mindstick.com/blog/301024/best-home-gym-equipment-for-2022) maker **Ericsson** told on Monday that it is suspending all of its units in Russia amid going Russia and Ukraine war. The company, in late February also announced stopping every [delivery](https://www.mindstick.com/articles/12817/how-to-ensure-swift-product-deliveries-through-delivery-date-extensions) of equipment related to the network production.

“In the light of [recent events](https://answers.mindstick.com/qa/98641/what-does-israel-think-of-the-recent-events-in-the-middle-east) and European Sanctions, the Company will now suspend its affected [business](https://www.mindstick.com/articles/12213/how-to-start-a-jewellery-making-business-online-business-ideas) with [customers](https://www.mindstick.com/articles/13008/how-does-a-customer-portal-enhance-the-experience-of-customers) in Russia indefinitely,” the company said in a statement.

It also added it was “engaging with customers and partners regarding the indefinite suspension of the affected business.”

“The priority is to focus on the safety and well-being of Ericsson [employees](https://www.mindstick.com/articles/44463/business-to-business-vat-reclaiming-a-guide-for-your-employees) in Russia and they will be placed on the affected business.”
