Giant companies like Facebook-owned Meta and Microsoft are investing billions of dollars into the Metaverse. Chapek in a statement of Memo also described the Metaverse as a “Perfect place to pursue our strategic pillars of storytelling excellence, innovation, and audio focus.” He also added “Teams across the company are exploring the new canvas, and I have been blown away by what I have seen,” he told it.
