# FInd current data from table in sql server?

Hi Guys!\
I have a table, in this table every record [insert](https://www.mindstick.com/blog/173/executing-insert-delete-or-update-query-in-sqlserver-using-ado-dot-net) with current data time column. \
My line of code as following\
[CREATE TABLE](https://www.mindstick.com/articles/443/how-to-create-table-in-sql-server) tblOrder(Order_ID INT [IDENTITY](https://www.mindstick.com/articles/13090/icon-the-identity-of-your-brand) [PRIMARY KEY](https://www.mindstick.com/blog/214/primary-key),Order_Code INT,Order_Date Date)\
INSERT INTO tblOrder(Order_Code,Order_Date) [VALUES](https://www.mindstick.com/forum/327/sum-textbox-values) (542,[GETDATE](https://www.mindstick.com/interview/295/difference-between-getdate-and-sysdatetime)())INSERT INTO tblOrder(Order_Code,Order_Date) VALUES (152,GETDATE())INSERT INTO tblOrder(Order_Code,Order_Date) VALUES (122,GETDATE())INSERT INTO tblOrder(Order_Code,Order_Date) VALUES (243,GETDATE())INSERT INTO tblOrder(Order_Code,Order_Date) VALUES (102,GETDATE())\
SELECT * FROM tblOrder WHERE Order_Date = GETDATE()\
My [problem](https://yourviews.mindstick.com/view/81399/tackling-the-problem-of-unemployment-during-corona-pandemic) is that above [select query](https://www.mindstick.com/articles/1858/sqlite-select-query) not return record. Please help.Thanks in advance.

Try as following\
[SELECT](https://www.mindstick.com/forum/160534/orderby-then-select-vs-select-then-orderby-performance) * FROM tblOrder WHERE Order_Date = (CAST (getdate() as date))\
