Used MySQL Migration Toolkit that provided by MySQL. This is best way to [export data](https://www.mindstick.com/forum/382/how-to-import-and-export-data-in-sql-server-from-different-file-format) from [SQL Server](https://www.mindstick.com/articles/12999/what-is-table-valued-function-in-sql-server) 2005 to MySQL. MySQL migration Toolkit, you can easily download from different source.
