# Windows 8 shut down problem

Hi Everyone!\

If Windows 8 not shut [down properly](https://answers.mindstick.com/qa/109025/what-to-do-if-my-computer-won-t-shut-down-properly), then press/click power button (shut down option) with/combination of "Shift" button.
