# Is clustering supported?

Hi Experts!

I'm new in [windows](https://www.mindstick.com/articles/311752/how-to-install-and-use-the-google-wifi-software-on-a-windows-or-mac-computer) 8 [family](https://www.mindstick.com/articles/43867/family-rv-parks-in-las-vegas-and-laughlin).

Can you tell me! [Clustering](https://www.mindstick.com/blog/11071/clustering-and-classification-with-mahout) supported in Windows 8 family?

Thanks!

Hi Goti Bandu!

Failover clustering is supported, whereby individual volumes can failover across machines. In addition, shared storage pools in a cluster are supported.
