## [HTTP](https://www.mindstick.com/blog/217/http-endpoints-in-sql-server-2005-2008) VS HTTPS :

HTTP means Hypertext Transfer Protocol.it is responsible for exchange of Hypertext objects over the internet area but not secured.

HTTPS means Hypertext Transfer Protocol Secure responsible for exchange of Hypertext objects over the internet in a secure manner.

HTTP and HTTPS are Application Layer protocol of the OSI(Open System Intercaonnection) Model.
