# What is iPhone sdk?

iPhone SDK is a software development kit that allow creation of custom applications that run directly on the iPhone and the iPod Touch iPhone. Native applications are built using the iPhone OS‟s system frameworks and Objective-C and swift language and run directly on iPhone OS.
