[Responsive Web](https://answers.mindstick.com/qa/116512/how-make-responsive-web-pages) Design is about using CSS and HTML to resize, hide, shrink, enlarge, or move the content to make it look good on any screen. One way to create a responsive design, is to create it yourself. Another way to create a responsive design, is to use a responsive style sheet. You should choose a responsive theme for your site. I'd recommend you to reference responsive themes at themeforest.
