# How to remove duplicate URL from Google?

Please help me to [remove duplicate](https://www.mindstick.com/forum/157765/how-to-remove-duplicate-rows-in-sql) URL in Google's Result. When I type my [website in Google](https://answers.mindstick.com/qa/95437/how-do-i-add-a-website-in-google-webmaster-tools) [Search](https://www.mindstick.com/articles/65368/best-smo-services-company-in-hyderabad-improve-search-rankings), I see there are two URL like - 1- www[dot]onlineweb[dot]com/my-blog-[post](https://www.mindstick.com/articles/12829/aspects-that-make-australia-post-shipping-extension-a-useful-tool) 2- www[dot]onlineweb[dot]com/my-first-blog-post

Actually, I published my post as- www[dot]onlineweb[dot]com/my-blog-post and after few [hours](https://answers.mindstick.com/qa/101444/who-s-the-youngest-winner-of-the-le-mans-24-hours-race) I changed it to - www[dot]onlineweb[dot]com/my-first-blog-post . Now I see , Both URL are indexed in Googe.

**First Way** - Just redirect your old blog post to your new post(that you want to see in SERP)**Second way** - Just delete it, if have created newly site, and use [Google](https://www.mindstick.com/articles/43833/google-lighthouse-and-how-is-it-changing-the-way-we-development-and-design-websites) removal tools from Google Webmaster Tools(GWT).**Third Way** - Use canonical link tag, if you want to keep.
