# How can we create dll in c#.

Hello,\
I have a small [question](https://www.mindstick.com/blog/23175/how-to-solve-neet-question-paper-in-less-time) that how can we create dll and use them in c#. For creating dll and using them I would like to use only notepad and [visual studio](https://www.mindstick.com/articles/12378/visual-studio-for-mac-is-out-of-beta-preview-now-officially-available) [command prompt](https://answers.mindstick.com/qa/51716/how-to-make-bootable-pendrive-using-cmd-windows-command-prompt).

Please help me as soon as possiable.
