# Where do I begin?

I am a [Java](https://www.mindstick.com/articles/12214/web-development-company-in-india-laid-on-the-foundation-of-concrete-java-programming) noob; just bought " Head First Java" and there I found instructions to [download](https://www.mindstick.com/articles/188403/website-to-download-photos-from-instagram) Java 2 [Standard](https://www.mindstick.com/articles/23223/naming-convention-or-coding-standard) Edition SDK + [API Documentation](https://www.mindstick.com/interview/34205/what-key-components-should-be-included-in-a-well-written-api-documentation). In addition, I need to create a path to the Bin [directory](https://www.mindstick.com/forum/226/how-to-get-application-directory-using-c-sharp-csharp)? [Questions](https://www.mindstick.com/blog/124895/hp-hpe0-s54-cheat-sheet-exam-questions-bank-for-guaranteed-success): 1. I cannot find the API documentation - could you please share a [link](https://www.mindstick.com/articles/23633/link-builder) to it? 2. What do I need to do with creating that path; this is entirely unclear to me? \

You can download sdk 8 from here \

You can set the path by following this tutorial.\
You can find the API [documentation](https://answers.mindstick.com/qa/30462/what-is-documentation) here but it's pretty daunting for a beginner. (BTW, Google is your friend. Type "java api docs" and you usually get what you want.) \
