# Does Perplexity Discover use my search history to personalize its feed?

My Perplexity Discover feed seems to surface topics I’ve looked up before, but I’m not sure whether that’s personalization or just a coincidence. Does the feed take account of [search history](https://answers.mindstick.com/qa/108404/how-to-delete-quora-search-history) or other account activity?

If it does, can you reset or tune those recommendations without deleting your account? I’m curious what controls people have found and whether the feed changes after using Perplexity for a while.
