# Can Grok analyze an uploaded video, or does it need separate frames?

I have a short product demo clip and want to ask Grok what changes between the beginning and end. I can share a link, but I’m not sure whether Grok can inspect the video itself or whether I’d need to extract a few still frames first.

Has anyone tried this with an uploaded clip? I’m curious about supported video length and whether details like on-screen text or quick transitions are likely to be missed.
