# What can collaborators see or change inside a Perplexity Space?

I’m considering using a Perplexity Space for a small [team research project](https://www.mindstick.com/forum/162351/how-useful-are-perplexity-spaces-for-a-team-research-project). Before inviting anyone, I’m trying to understand the collaboration model: can members see each other’s questions, edit shared material, or change the Space’s instructions?

Are there different [access levels](https://www.mindstick.com/interview/1327/what-are-the-levels-in-which-data-validation-can-be-done-in-microsoft-access-database) for people who should only read the research versus people who need to contribute? I’d rather not discover after sharing that a Space exposes more of the team’s work than expected.
