# What rights do I have to use images generated with Grok commercially?

I’ve been experimenting with Grok’s image generation and may want to use some of the results in a small business project. Before relying on them, I’m trying to understand the current **commercial use terms** and whether they vary by account type or by how the image was created.

Has anyone checked the applicable terms recently or had to clarify ownership and reuse rights for a real project? I’m looking for pointers to the relevant policy, not legal advice.
