# Can Grok read small labels in a crowded product photo accurately?

I’m considering using Grok to inspect product photos where the important details are small—model numbers on a device label, for example, or text on packaging partly obscured by glare. How reliable is it at reading those details from an image rather than just describing the overall scene?

If you’ve tested this, did cropping or uploading a higher-resolution image make a noticeable difference? I’d also like to know how you handle cases where the model sounds certain but may have misread a character.
