# Can Perplexity research non-English sources and answer in English?

I’m looking into a topic where the most useful material seems to be published in several languages. Can Perplexity search **non-English sources** and give me an **English-language answer** that accurately reflects them?

I’d like to know whether it cites the original pages clearly and whether translated titles or summaries make it easy to check the source myself. If you’ve tried this for research, how well did it handle differences in terminology between languages?
