# Does Grok keep the same conversation context when switching between text and voice?

If I start a conversation with Grok by typing and then switch to voice, does the voice session continue with the same chat context? I’m trying to understand whether it’s practical to move between speaking and typing during one conversation, rather than starting over each time.

For anyone who uses both modes, does the text chat show the voice exchange afterward, and can you pick up the discussion in text where you left off?
