# Can Grok keep a character consistent across image edits?

I’m experimenting with editing an image in Grok rather than generating a new one each time. The part I’m struggling to judge is whether it can keep a **consistent character across edits**—same face, clothing, and general proportions—while changing things like the pose or background.

Have you managed to get a reliable sequence of edits, or does the character drift after a few rounds? If you have a prompt approach that helps, I’d be interested in what details you repeat and which ones you leave alone.
