# How do you use Grok to assess claims spreading across trending X discussions?

When a claim starts spreading across X, I’d like to use Grok to get a quick sense of what people are saying without treating repetition as proof. A post getting copied widely can look persuasive even when everyone is pointing back to the same original source.

Has anyone found a useful way to ask Grok to separate the initial claim, independent evidence, and people simply repeating it? I’m interested in approaches that work for trending X discussions, not just a summary of the loudest posts.
