# How do I fix missing sender and date details in audit PDFs?

I exported Outlook emails to PDF for an upcoming compliance audit, but some files are missing important details like sender, recipient, date, and subject. These details are necessary for reviewing and verifying the email records.

Manually converting each email can be time-consuming, especially when working with a large PST archive. I’m looking for a reliable way to convert multiple emails to PDF while preserving the required header information and message content.
