# Can DeepSeek model weights be used in a paid commercial product?

I’m evaluating a DeepSeek model for a small commercial feature and am unsure how to interpret the license attached to the specific checkpoint. Does permission to download and run the weights also cover offering the model through a paid product, or are there separate conditions around redistribution, attribution, or usage?
