- Provide Different Channels: MindStick Training Portal provides different channels like email, online chats, and communication. The activeness of the support depends on the method you choose.
- Community Forums and FAQs: MindStick Training Portal also has its own [Help Centre](https://training.mindstick.com/help-center) in which the frequently asked questions have been answered by the expert of the portal.

Different problems need different solutions and based on the type of problem the support will be delivered by the MindStick Training Portal. Generally, it takes 1 to 2 working days for the institute to respond but in emergency cases, the support will be provided immediately via call or email.
